Usage Licence

Usage Rights Granted

Upon full payment of the agreed photography fee, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final edited images for the following purposes:

• Internal company use (e.g. presentations, internal newsletters, staff communications)

• Press and PR (including online and print media)

• Social media and website use (company-owned channels only)

• Awards submissions and pitch decks

• Email newsletters and blog posts

• Use in promotional materials relating specifically to the event (e.g. recap videos, slideshows)

Exclusions and Restrictions

• This licence does not grant usage rights to third parties such as sponsors, partners, venues, or performers. Please contact me to arrange extended licensing if third-party usage is required.

• Images may not be sold, re-licensed, or used in commercial merchandise, advertising campaigns, or any other revenue-generating activity without prior written consent.

• All usage must credit the photographer where reasonably possible, particularly on social media and in editorial coverage (e.g. “Photo: Joel Knight”).

Ownership and Copyright

Copyright remains with the photographer, Joel Knight, at all times. You are granted usage rights as outlined above, but you do not own the images.

Image Delivery and Retention

High-resolution JPEGs will be supplied via a secure download link. Images will be archived for a minimum of 12 months after delivery. Additional or late image requests may incur an admin fee.
